Although he initially started out as an actor, Bryan quickly found that he was drawn to directing. He is particularly drawn to ensemble shows that tackle current issues and leave an audience talking afterwards.

In a rehearsal room, Bryan believes in creating an environment where ensemble work is essential, connection is key, and fun flourishes. More than anything else, he relishes working with a team to create kickass art.
